G.R.A.C.E. at Work Training Programs

Individuals, leaders or teams can all benefit from the G.R.A.C.E. at Work model which designed to teach those involved
how to better communicate to ensure a more positive experience and brighter outcome.

Leadership Programs

Introduction to G.R.A.C.E. at Work

The flagship program that helps people understand the role of Goodwill, Results, Authenticity, Connectivity, and Empowerment in developing leadership and maximizing engagement for improved performance. This content can be presented as a half day overview, a day long program, a two-day seminar or as a multi-month cohort based program for teams and high potentials.

Leading Change

This program will instruct participants on how to lead individuals and teams to manage the process of change including a heave focus on identifying five major sources of resistance to change and "reframing" the hidden or “implicit” and explicit obstacles to change. Specific attention is given to balancing the dynamics of “task vs. relationships, advocacy vs. inquiry, and challenge and support.” This content can be delivered in one or two day modules and incorporated as a “real-time” application learning process embedded in a real organizational change effort.

Coaching Basics

This introductory program will provide you with an overview of the coaching process and why it’s different than consulting or counseling. This introduction is just that, a quick-paced “hands on” practical program giving you the basics of asking “What and How” questions and how to help people “reframe” how they see themselves and the world, increasing the possibility of creating a shift in their thinking and their behavior.  Suitable for intact teams or small groups the content can be calibrated for a “lighter dose” of challenge or a “feedback intense” experience depending on your needs. The course is designed as a one-day program.

Transformational Conversations

The program that will have you talking for a life time. Everything that happens in life happens by way of a conversation. So if you’re not happy with the results you’re getting, change the conversations you’re having. In this program you will learn the fundamentals of having the powerful conversation, the difficult conversation, and the internal conversation.  This content can be presented in one to three days, or as a multi-month cohort based program for teams and high potentials.

Developing Your Human Capital

This program will equip participants to get the most out of their direct reports or mentoring relationships. You will learn how to formulate a robust assessment and action plan suitable for securing targeted short and long term performance and or creating opportunities for development. We highly recommend either the Introduction to G.R.A.C.E. at Work or Transformational Conversations as a precursor to enrolling in this program. The content is designed as a one-day program.

Leadership Presence

This program will help you develop a definitive purpose and a path to achieving your goals and potential individually and organizationally. More than just a brand, your “Leadership Declaration” serves as the basis for your identity, purpose, and impact on others and the world, both in the moment and for the long term. A set of assessments provides an internal snapshot of your “hard-wiring” and candid feedback from others giving you insights about what’s been holding you back and what you could yet achieve. The work you do on your presence can generate results for both your personal and professional life. The approach involves both individual coaching and small group work. The course is designed for two – four days. Suitable for all levels of leadership including the most seasoned and successful executive.
